| Material Information update: | Agility would like to announce that Menzies Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary by Agility Global PLC, has completed the acquisition of 100% of US-based G2 Secure Staff, for an enterprise value consideration of $305m plus a deferred consideration of $10m payable in 2026 and subject to achieving certain agreed upon performance metrics.
The deal strengthens Menzies position as the world’s largest aviation services provider, operating at 350 airports in 65 countries. G2’s operations will be rebranded under the Menzies Aviation name, with integration already underway to ensure a seamless transition for employees, customers, and partners. |
